Is it nearly May? Then why is wet snow falling over the pass on Highway 80?

It will be an interesting runoff year, assuming it gets warm enough to melt all that white stuff.

  1. Elegant proof that we have weather, and that every year it's a little different. Sometimes it gets warmer, sometimes it's cooler. But me bbq-ing a steak for supper is not the cause.

  2. Carbon dioxide creates global hothouse. Temps rise. Ice melts. Coasts flood. Or, temps fall, ice packs grow, coasts have droughts, snowfall increases, reservoirs overflow. Either way buy a Prius and vote straight Democrat.
