I can only hope that this is my problem this year

  1. That's usually my problem. I grow them from seed and can't bear to get rid of any of the extra plants that come up. So I just plant them wherever I can find space. Works out okay. I just toss the tomatoes in bags and freeze them. In the fall I make between 8 - 10 gallons of sauce and freeze it in small containers. Needless to say, we eat a lot of spaghetti.........

    1. Last year, I developed a taste for home made tomato soup. I'll be looking forward to that again this year.

  2. You want tomatoes? AND no work? With 6 straw bales, I had so many tomatoes, people started refusing my offers of them.

  3. I love tomatoes. And I'm with you on homemade tomato soup, especially with a hint of basil. Add a cheese sandwich using home made bread and you're right at heaven.
