An interesting graph on the sources of our energy.  Even leaving out all the other problems with the so called green fuels, the scale, or lack of it, presented demonstrates the futility of spending vast resources on them.  

I'm actually surprised at how little nuclear and hydro provide, and how much biomass gives up.

  1. Someone should make a graph of eagles and bats killed by different energy sources. Never heard of an eagle killed flying into a gas pump... Just sayin'

  2. No kidding. There is a big windmill farm on Altamount Pass here, and yesterday when I drove through on my way to San Jose, not a single one was turning. They are famous as hawk killers, however, when they do work.
