Large, deep blue states are falling deeper and deeper into the financial abyss, yet there is one midwestern state that has no such problem.  Take a gander at Indiana, whose Republican leaders have controlled costs so well that even in this terrible economy, their state has a budget surplus of over a billion dollars.

Well done Indiana, and here's hoping that my home state of Commie - fornia, led by America hating,  progressive retards, can get a clue from you on how it should be done.
